My story
How I got here.
I got into training because I wanted to change how I felt and how I moved. I didn’t find it easy at first. I made mistakes, I got things wrong, and I learned a lot from that.
Then I found Jiu-Jitsu. It changed how I saw training. It taught me to stay calm under pressure, to keep turning up when it’s hard, and to enjoy getting better a little at a time. I still love it.
Along the way I learned that lifting weights is only part of it. What you eat matters just as much. Once I got my food right, everything else got better — more energy, faster recovery and quicker results. That’s why I teach nutrition alongside training.
